Teams will have 40 hours to analyze the assigned case and to develop a presentation based on their analysis and recommendations.

All presentations will be in English, using Microsoft PowerPoint 2007.


For the semi-final rounds, each group will comprise no more than three teams. One team from each group will advance to the final round, where they will present to the final judges the same set of slides used in the semi-finals.


The results will be announced at the closing Gala Dinner on 5th October.

The semi-final and final round presentation will be limited to 15 minutes, followed by a 15-minute questions-and-answers (Q&A) session.
When the team finishes its presentation, it will proceed immediately to the Q&A session. Upon reaching the time limit, a presenter is allowed to complete his/her current sentence.

Competition Format

Overview

The case, developed specially for this competition by the faculty of Nanyang Business School and the Asian Business Case Centre, will not have been used in class, distributed outside the case writing team, or discussed with other faculty or students prior to the event, The case will be focused on an Asian-based organization.
